I’m about to switch on over (for good) to the “poetry” tumblr I made last week.

I don’t know too many of the folks who follow me on this, but I’ll make sure to find those that I do.

Last night, Max Bemis played his first solo show opening up for Eisley in Tyler, Texas. I’m not sure how many songs he played BUT we got a new song from The Painful Splits 2 titled “I Never Knew You Were So Lonely”. New Bemis is Good Bemis…GREAT Bemis. My man crush grows with every song he releases….

If you didn’t get tickets for any of his solo shows get them while they last. I know Phili, Jersey, and New York are all sold out and they’re going for around 75 bucks each on StubHub (they were originally 13 bucks…yeah.)

The Painful Splits 2 will be released exclusively at these shows so grab them while you can.

I set up a ‘second’ blog on this account. One that I could use to post my poetry and such, but Tumblr doesn’t let you ‘like’ or ‘follow’ things from it. I guess I’ll just make a new email address and link it to that. I would’ve liked the convenience of it being connected to this, though.

My friend messaged me this today. I think it’s fucking awesome.

“So i was listening to your music a few weeks ago when my sister’s boy friend heard some of your songs and loved them. Then a few days ago he bought the songs and made a 3 dollar donation and got an email from you and thought that was awesome. He showed the music to his friends and his friends love the music. By the way he lives in Germany so Germany is loving Radio Hero.”
